Antique sellers hoosier cabinet with roll top front section. Has all original conversion tables, nutritional tables, timer, clear knobs, bread drawer with stamped tin sliding lid, hidden drawers, counter extends.

I bought this from my next door neighbor and this was her grandmothers farmhouse kitchen. She even gave me the picture of what it looked like when she got it.
