Antique French Display Cabinet/Bookcase in Rosewood Veneer Marquetry withBronze

  

This versatile display cabinet is from France and it dates to the early 1900's. It is solid pine with beautiful rosewood veneer. It is well built with very good fit and finish. There is a key and the lock works. A set of fitted shelves and the antique glass make this a beautiful display piece.

Overall this piece is in very good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches throughout. Note that there are two large scratches on both sides that have been re-finished (see photos). Also, there is a piece of bronze trim that is missing next to the lock on the door (see photo). Dimensions: 56" tall, 27" wide, and 14.5 deep.
