Antique Quarter Sawn Carved Oak Curved Glass China Cabinet Claw Feet 72 Tall

  

Here we have a beautiful late 1800's to very early 1900's era ANTIQUE CURVED GLASS, QUARTER SAWN CARVED OAK, PAW FOOT CHINA CABINET WITH THE ORIGINAL MIRROR BACK AND FOUR SHELVES This is a fairly large example measuring 72 inches tall by 52 1/2 inches wide by about 16 inches deep. We have the key for the lock and it works great. It is in beautiful original untouched condition fresh out of a wonderful Detroit Michigan estate that was built at the turn of the last century.

We believe the finish is all original as well as the old wavy glass. The condition is actually really nice with the exception of a couple little cracks in the one side at the very bottom - see picture # 10. I would simply leave it like is because it is fairly minor and down so low on the side, or you could get it replaced if desired. This would have been a fairly expensive American made oak china cabinet when it was made some 100 plus years ago. It is really quite nice as you can see. The wood is all solid, old growth, quarter sawn golden oak. This would be a really nice china cabinet to display your item that you cherish and enjoy. The shelves have the plate rack grooves which are quite handy. We are very easy to find right off of exit 59 of the Ohio turnpike and near Interstate 23 & 75.
