Library Bureau Sole Maker Lawyer's Cabinet

  

This is an antique 21 drawer lawyers cabinet made by Library Bureau Sole Maker in the early 20th century. This spectacular, beautifully proportioned four piece stack-able cabinet is in beautiful condition, with richly crafted cherry wood with a hand-rubbed oil finish. This is a real find. It measures 38.5" wide by 24" deep, by about 53 tall and has a great configuration.

All drawers work smoothly and sport beautiful brass pulls. We've owned it for over 20 years and it's time to down size so unfortunately it must go to another good home that will appreciate the rich history and beauty of this historic piece of art. There are five sections to the bureau, and the measurements are as follows. Top: w=38 1/2", h=2 1/4", d=17.

Section 1 (small drawers): w=38 1/2", h=8 1/2", d=16. Section 2 (vertical handles): w=38 1/2", h=12 1/2", d=16. Section 3 (horizontal handles): w=38 1/2", h=12 1/2", d=24.
