It bears the Decal Hoosier Tag of New Castle IN. Making it made between 1900 and 1902. Started the Assembly Line production in 1903. This was before Zinc and Porcelain pull out tops, Sliding Tambour Doors, Bread Drawers, all metal flour and sugar bins and glass spice holders. This is a RARE one of the first Hoosier Cabinets made!
All Hand made Hoosier Cabinet with WOOD Flour Bin using a Metal Sifter. The flour enters through the door on the top of the cabinet. Also Wood and Metal Sugar Bin located on the Right top Door. On the top right there are 4 Spice Drawers. The bottom right has 3 larger drawers. There is a HOOSIER NEW CASTLE, INDIANA Decal Label In the Middle of the Top of the Cabinet. The wood on the back Is in great original condition. It looks like everything is original with the exception of the three drawers on the lower right.It Measures 66" H x 44' W x 28" D. All of the extras, the Spice Jars, Cookie Cutters, Tole Sugar Scoop and Cup, all Wood Rolling Pin can go with the cabinet if you want. This Cabinet is a RARE FIND in that it was one of the first cabinets made by Hoosier. It was made by hand before they started the assembly line production and it is in such fabulous condition.
