VERY SPECIAL antique curio cabinet with history. The plant was located at 1100 Seminary Street in Rockford, Illinois. Herpolsheimer also had a soda fountain.

It opened in 1880 and closed in 1931. Knowing that both Herpolsheimer and the The Herpolsheimer Company closed in 1931 and 1934 respectively, I suspect this piece is from the 1920's or before. Please see the tag in the back that gave clues to this beautiful piece's rich history. Measures 59"h x 35"w x 14 3/8d.
