This three piece bar and display case was installed in a tobacco and smoke shop. The facade is hand-carved mahogany with pipe and tobacco decorative trim.
The top mantel has four men's faces, each incredibly well-preserved and unique. The base has four drawers, each with two hand-carved wooden handles with pipe detail. It rises 43.5" to a working surface or bar measuring 12.5" deep. The display case rests on top of the base measuring 50.5" tall and 11.5" deep.
Once assembled, the whole unit measures 48 across. The display case has 2 plywood shelves on the left and 3 shelves on the right. Each is 22" across and 9.75" deep. There is a sliding compartment above the drawers, each door measuring 10" high and 22" deep. Because of its installation in a shop, the back is comprised of plywood, and requires customization for its next home. In addition to the main body of the case, there is a secondary set of four drawers with a compartment near the top. This also measures 43.5" tall, but is more shallow at 21" deep. It is 24.5 wide. This piece would look magnificent as a bar or wall unit in a home or business.
