Antique Spool Cabinet Jewelry Box Felt Lined Drawers

  

Roll Braid, this sweet little two drawer cabinet was made to hold decorative braid for sale in a dry goods store in the 1890's, when every woman sewed at home. The poplar hardwood case is well worn, the old finish has warm antique patina and has been waxed and buffed so that all that is needed to maintain its luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. Black felt lined drawers and porcelain knobs.

Useful for jewelry or a collector, size is 16 1/2" wide, 15 1/2" deep and 8 tall.
