One of a kind, vintage antique charm are only a few descriptors of this hutch. Guessing it was made in the earlier part of the 1900's. This is one piece, sturdy and would highlight the decor of any room of your choosing. The beautiful patina comes from the chippy blue paint with well used areas exposing touches of yellow, terra-cotta and cream down to the exposed wood. Its worn, scratched, small holes by upper hardware, missing paint on some edgesall things one looks for in a piece of this age. This hutch allows for storage of various shapes and sizes. The glass on the upper right cabinet (see photo) is etched right about where you would place your fingers when opening the doorquite unique. The shelves inside this cabinet each have a wood strip allowing for plate display, etc.
This door and the lower left cabinet door each droop a tad. It never bothered me so I left them that way. This could always be remedied with hinge adjustment. The other two doors close fine. The left upper cabinet has three deep shelves enclosed behind glass.
While the far upper right side of the hutch has open curved shelving. The three drawers in the center section are very handy for smaller items.
Below them, the left cabinet is great for tall pieces. The middle glass panel and right cabinet door contain two deep shelves that are accessible by the cabinet door. The cabinet measures approximately 48W x 17D x 69H. Its a wonderful piece that exudes warmth and character.
