Antique 18th century dutch cupboard step back cabinet 2pc 1790 Pa Fluted molding

  

Here is an exception dutch cupboard, I had someone suggest that its from York county pa but I don't have any evidence to confirm that for sure, this is however very unique with the size and fluted molding there is also a pull out in the center of the cabinet not sure exactly what that was used for but I have seen a few with that feature as well, I believe this is softwood, and probably was painted at one point, the molding around the base including the feet and cornice are nicely restored, the main cabinet has evidence of what seems to be a red wash, I believe the original intent was to finish this cabinet off in the red wash! With everything this is a wonderful primitive super solid and functional piece just the way it stands! You could choose to paint it or stain or just leave it alone!! It's great one with the best being the size this is only 53 inches wide!! 84 inches tall and 21 deep at the widest!
