Antique Hoosier cabinet is a type of cupboard or free standing kitchen cabinet that also serves as a workstation. It was popular in the first few decades of the 20th century, since most houses did not have built in cabinetry. The Hoosier Manufacturing Company was one of the first to produce this type of cabinet, hense the name Hoosier. This beautiful cupboard features a pullout workstation over four drawers and lower cabinet portion.
The hutch has a neat tambour compartment and two doors for storage. Original sifter compartment is still in tact, but without sifter.
