Antique Pine File Sorter with Marked Slots for Letters'A'-'Z. Two vertical banks of 14 slots (28 slots: 26 slots for Letters "A" through "Z" and 2 extra slots at the bottom). Case construction is solid pine with plywood shelves and plywood back. Rabbet joinery with solid pine face frames retaining the shelves. Clever design has each shelf angled downward to retain contents (angle is about 9 degrees with front higher than rear). Cubby inside dimensions (each of the 28 slots has these inside measurements). Each shelf is 3/8 thick.
