This antique cabinet is a vintage piece from the early to mid-20th century, likely used by apothecaries, watchmakers, or typesetters. The outer frame of the box is constructed of wood with finger jointed corners. It features six slide out drawers with handles and slots for identification tags. Handmade likely in the United States, it has a black painted finish and measures 14-1/4 inches in depth, 8-5/8 inches in height and 9-13/16 inches in width. This original cabinet weighs 5 pounds, the outer bod is constructed of wood, the drawers have cardboard bottoms with a hardboard/masonite frames that are fabric covered.
