ANTIQUE OAK CARD FILE CABINET, LARGE CARD CATALOG, APOTHECARY DRAWER UNIT, INDUSTRIAL FARMHOUSE FURNITURE. Stunning oak card file cabinet. Served in the Chicago Public Library for decades. Your chance to own a piece of functional history.

Large unit, over 6 feet long! Finished on all four sides. Normal wear and tear from decades of use. Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, wear to finish, edge wear, small holes, etc. A couple small chunks of wood missing...

Lower front left corner and small piece on back. The finish on top has some cloudy white staining. Original brass drawer pulls and tag holders are all there and function great. The inner rods that would have held the file cards in place are missing, likely removed by previous owner to make the drawers more functional.

Center bottom of each drawer has an opening (see pics). See pictures for condition details.

73" long x 46.25" tall x 26.25" deep (28" deep including hardware). Drawer front - 11" wide x 7.5" tall. Interior drawer dimensions: 24" long x 8" wide x 7 deep.
