NEW INFO 8/9/20: I will include a third case, exactly the same as the other two, but without drawers. The third case isn't perfect either, but it would be easier to clean up, as it only has a splotch of white paint on each side. There are also two small green ink stains on the top.

With the third case, you have could even switch out the top from the second case. I'm sorry for the hassle, but the piece is so unique and so beautiful, I want you to have every opportunity to finish it the way you see fit. Amazing, 2-piece rare oak cabinet from the Good Manufacturing Company of New York, with original finish from the early 1900s.

The company's beautiful logo is imprinted onto each drawer, and into the case separators (see photos). I pulled this out of the garage of an old antique shore house being demolished in Monmouth Beach, NJ, years ago. This is not a refinished piece.

The metal is original to the cabinet, as is the varnish. The varnish is darkened, but the oak beneath appears honey-colored.

The effect is stunning, and will be even more so when properly cleaned. I haven't touched it. There are 19 drawers that can be rearranged as desired. The cabinet consists of 2 same-sized cases that sit on top of each other. You could also separate them, and space them out decoratively in a room. Each case of drawers measures 26.5 inches HIGH and 20.75 inch WIDE AT THE FRONT, with 17.25 DEEP AT THE SIDE. A few drawers could use a bottom replacement (or not) due to minor damage, if desired, but they fit neatly as they are now. One of the two big drawers has a fancier metal pull than the rest of the drawers. This is a very cool piece of American industrial history. The company dealt in plumbing parts, from best I can tell.
