This classic 1920's piece is finely crafted and detailed. This sweet cabinet is of a smaller size and very versatile: it can be used as a bar, small armoire, or as an accent piece in a hallway or anywhere in your home where you need a touch of whimsy and fantasy! The piece features a central portal-like double sliding door opening which reveals the bright red lacquered interior with two shelves. The exterior features a black lacquered finish with beautiful hand-painted gold Asian chinoiserie scenes throughout. The piece has acquired a wondeful time-earned patina.

The cabinet is supported by four baluster legs and features a painted piecrust edge apron. Cabinet presents well and is in good antique condition, with surface wear and patina commensurate with age. There is minor discoloration and loss to painted finish, along with minor scuffing and edge wear.

This beautiful chinoiserie cabinet will make a fine addition to any well-appointed interior... Dimensions: 28" in length, 44-1/2" in height, 15-1/2 in depth.
