It does show soiling and wear, dirty, scratches and scuffs, etc. Some water damage on the one side near the bottom, paint peeling and panel coming off some, please see photos. Some trays included, about 7 of them have chips/chunks missing. The top, pop up works. Should be an easy restore/ customization project for someone.
