Art Deco Bar made of Walnut. Great bar cabinet in the Art Deco style made of gorgeous walnut wood with different grains. It offers a typical Art Deco design, a serving area with mirrored panels, and two big showcase compartments on the sides.

This special piece of furniture was restored by hand and got polished with a high gloss finish. Wonderful sun veneer on the inside. With two glass doors, two solid walnut doors and one bar compartment for serving. Second piece out of a pair. D x W x H (cm): 40 cm x 140 cm x 130 cm.

OAF has over 15 years of experience in the restoration and refinement of antique furniture.

Our goal with each restoration is to preserve the old substance of the antique as much as possible. Also, we do document each step of our restoration and refinement so that we would even be able to reverse the restoration. In general, we practice two ways of restorations, the restoration and reworking and the restoration and refinement.

You see the differences in the following pictures. The reworking emphasizes the characteristics of the furniture and just stresses the natural, original colors.

The refinement goes a few steps beyond that by giving the furniture a new surface, often with several layers of lacquer, new colors, chrome and leather applications and much more, while preserving the original forms.
