Check out the photos above, this is a nice one. I was told this one was owned by the great grandmother. Most other cabinets the roll pulls down, THIS ONE THE ROLL PULLS UPWARD AND LATCHES INTO PLACE. This is the way you like to find them with the old finish over top of the oak. Someone at one point and time has bought the reproduced ant reservoir down at the bottom where the casters are and replaced them. The porcelain top is in nice shape. THIS TOP HAS THE DARK BLUE SPECKLED EDGE, so the previous owner sorta had a blue and white porcelain granite theme going on. They had bought the porcelain granite at a local antique shop and most all the granite has the old original price tags on them that total approx. The tambor roll again lifts upward and works very nice. This cabinet is 72 1/2 ins. Tall, the porcelain top is 40 1/2 wide and 25 ins. Front to back and the surface is 33 1/2 from the floor. This does pull out for extra space, as you can see the original Mcdougall name is still in tact at the top center. The doors and the top area have the glass panels with the original Mcdougall fancy paper display.
These 3 doors are 12 1/4 ins. Wide, the flower bin door in 32 1/2 ins. Tall, the other 2 doors are 18 ins.
The tambor roll is 25 ins. Wide and 16 1/2 ins.Behind this roll this has a nice swing out sugar jar that is in great shape. The one drawer in the top of this cabinet is 12 ins. Front to back and 2 7/8 ins. The top 2 doors have the original tin tray and 2 wire keepers on the back side of these doors.
The large door in the bottom is 22 ins. Wide x 20 1/2 ins. Tall this door also has original pot pan holder still in tact. Behind this door there is also an original pull out shelf to retrieve pans of choice. This shelf is 21 1/2 ins.
The 3 right bottom drawers are 12 ins. Front to back and have depths of 3 1/2 ins. And the tin bread drawer is 9 1/2 ins. The top drawer is divided for utensils and also the 2 drawers are dovetailed, this shows quality of the Mcdougall cabinet company.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HOOSIER STATE KITCHEN CABINET THAT IS A CUT ABOVE ALL THE OTHERS.
