Long barley twist legs on either side with an upper hand carved fireze. Excellent for a hall piece with a pier mirror above, also perfect in a niche or anywhere you. Want to display a special collectible.

Amble display room on the top OR bottom shelf. Also storage inside the top lid.

Each side has a hidden compartment; a small brass knob that pulls open a slender hidden storage area! 38.5height x 41.5 x 19.5. 2 hidden side compartments, approx. 11.5height x 13deep x 1.5wide. NOTE: All of our antiques are direct from Europe.

This item is in good condition for its age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches, and other imperfections. A very intriguing piece, it appears the hidden compartment modifications and the upper storage were made sometime during its life. Miscellaneous note: a small round hole was drilled on the back panel under the top storage, probably to use for cords.
