Exterior has scratches and scuffs here and there. Top is split at the center seam where 2 boards connected at one time. Sat in a garage for many years, and used for storing misc. Very sturdy and solid made of solid oak.

No other issues other than scratches and scuffs from years of normal use. Photos show shadows as well, so please keep that in mind.

Could easily be sanded and refinished on the exterior. Still looks great the way it is showing age. These cabinets will always be very desirable either way.

Measures about 26 1/4 inches tall x about 25 1/2 inches wide x. About 15 1/2 inches wide on top having about 1/2 inch overhang over the handles.
