Henkel-Harris Federal Virginia Galleries Solid Mahogany Breakfront China Cabinet. Exceptional solid mahogany Federal style breakfront china cabinet by Henkel-Harris/Virginia Galleries. Beautifully designed to demonstrate the graceful proportions of the late 18th century, and made with a level of craftsmanship that is rarely seen in today's furniture market. Beautifully figured and matched veneers, with banded edges on the lower section's doors and drawers. The upper cabinet has four doors true divided-light glass, no snap-in grids! Which open to adjustable glass shelves, each with a plate groove. The top section is illuminated, with an easy access push button in the center cabinet section. The lower doors open to spaces with a single storage shelf.

The center section has four drawers, each with a working lock. The drawers' secondary wood is solid oak, and they are dovetailed on all four corners.

Solid brass hardware, and comes with two keys; one for the doors and one for the drawers. Stamped with the Virginia Galleries mark. Finish is immaculate and original. The two upper side doors have some tiny dings at the leading edge by the locks, too small to photograph but these have been touched up. The brass plate that the lock shoots into on the right upper door is missing, but not necessary to operate.

All the shelves are perfect and without issue. The base is 65" wide, 14.5" deep at the sides, 17" deep at the center and 33.25" high. The upper cabinet is 65 wide at the cornice.

The side sections are 11" deep and the center is 13.5" deep. The center section is appx.
