Old Antique 1800s WALNUT 3 Drawer DRY SINK Wash Basin Stand PRIMITIVE

  

Presented for your consideration is this neat antique dry sink. The dry sink is made of lighter colored walnut and has three small drawers along the top. Each drawer has a knob style handle and easily opens and closes.

Located below the drawers is a large open compartment where a wash basin would have been placed. This basin would have held water to use for hygiene purposes, prior to household plumbing. The base of the sink has two small doors which easily open and close with the use of ornate cast iron latch. Interior of the cabinet has a single wooden shelf with lots of room for storage. The sink is sturdy and still in usable condition.

Could be used for a wide variety of modern day uses, such as a garden vegetable cleaning stand, storage and display, bathroom towel and toiletry storage. This neat dry sink would make a great addition to any furniture collection and would look great in any home!

A great piece to add to any primitive, rustic or country themed decor! One board is missing on the back. There is a surface split down the right side of the sink and also some splits along the right edge and corner of the top. Typical light wear from age and use. Overall in GOOD-VERY GOOD condition for its age.
