An Arts and Crafts Quartersawn Oak Etagere Bookshelf, United States, c. This Bookshelf would look exceptional while displayed in an array of interior styles. The solid oak shows a drastic quartersawn grain throughout, accompanied by an aged satin finish. The each of the 4 shelves are sturdy and spacious enough to display a series of books, indoor plants or a collection alike. The underside and backside of the piece are unsigned or marked. Condition: This Bookshelf was exceptionally well made, it's both solid and sturdy. Wear to the finish is shown throughout, this includes surface scratches, minor chips and blemishes. The top shelf has a slight bend, each shelf is made up of 2 boards - The top shelf's seam shows separation and was previously glued.
