Antique Oak revolving 96 drawer hardware store bolt display cabinet 1890's

  
Here is a simply fabulous antique 96 drawer oak revolving bolt cabinet that would have been found in a country store in the early 20th century. This octagonal piece believed to be made by the American Bolt & Screw Company Dayton, OH. Was found at an estate sale in Northern New Jersey. It has been deconstructed, cleaned, oiled numerous times and brought back to it's original glory. The base on this was trashed so a new cast iron pipe base was constructed to maintain the same old time flavor of the piece. It can be easily removed from the base if you want to display it that way. 95 working drawers with original porcelain knobs and brass label holders slide easily with lots of storage. Missing one drawer when I got it so we made dummy face for it which is barely noticeable if you even look for it! Beautiful original Oak patina was brought out with numerous coats of Linseed oil and Danish oil. Dimensions are 47H X 25W X 25D. Pet and smoke free home...
