A beautiful and highly collectible Caswell-Runyan "Perfect Sewing Cabinet", crafted in the early-mid 20th century and known for its high-quality construction and clever interior organization. Caswell-Runyan was one of the premier American makers of sewing furniture, and their Perfect ISewing Cabinet line is especially sought after by collectors and sewists. This cabinet is finely built in warm mahogany with a gracefully traditional profile, standing on elegant Queen Anne cabriole legs. The lift-top reveals an interior fitted with thread spool holders and organized compartments, keeping supplies visible and accessible.
